We are touted all over the world as an egalitarian, fair, wealthy country, with "opportunities" for all, but the stark reality is quite different! Our Ponzi style of economic growth model is like a leaking bucket, with more and more vulnerable being displace, and forced between the cracks! If the demand for housing wasn't artificially manipulated through high rates of immigration, to keep the "housing boom" inflated, then there would be enough affordable housing for all.
