I'm a local resident, and Ida thought there would be some sort of native significance to the area? It's being bulldozed and concreted over for a privelaged few at the expense of the many people presently using it as a recreational facility... Local council has been reluctant to maintain the area, making it easier to push through this project. Really suprised there is no indigenous presence?
